Offices in the heart of Brussels

Core, a development of ION and Eaglestone, is a fully renovated office building in the centre of Brussels. Thanks to the use of air-water heat pumps, the project will be completely fossil-free.  Smart technologies and sustainable solutions such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting make this development extra sustainable. A unique move to combine this level of sustainability with the architectural and historical character of a renovated building.  The goal is to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding certification for this office building.
