In collaboration with Fonders, ION is developing MIST—a contemporary housing project in a unique coastal setting in Middelkerke.
Located between the dunes, within walking distance of the beach and a short bike ride from the town center, MIST offers a rare balance of tranquility, natural surroundings, and connectivity.
The houses, designed by A1AR architects, are modern, light-filled, and functionally conceived. The architecture pays careful attention to detail and fosters a strong relationship with the surrounding landscape.
