Double milestone for The Hive: 100th apartment sold and basement structure completed

Things are moving fast at The Hive Amsterdam. While the building site becomes busier every week, we are celebrating not one, but two important moments. Our community continues to grow, and the project is taking shape in Amsterdam West. The Hive is moving closer to the vision we started with: a green, smart and connected urban district where you immediately feel at home.
100th apartment sold: welcome to our new Hiver
What a milestone. The 100th apartment has been sold, and interest continues to increase. The community keeps growing.
More and more people in Amsterdam are choosing a place where urban comfort is combined with greenery, peace, smart living solutions and connection with neighbours. We see every day that The Hive offers exactly that.
The sale of the 100th apartment confirms that The Hive matches what modern city residents are looking for: a smart and sustainable living environment where you don’t just buy a home, but become part of a community. Basement structure completed: underground works finished
There is also a major step to celebrate at the construction site. The entire underground phase is now complete. The excavation, the reinforcement and the pouring of the basement floor and walls have been finished, meaning the basement structureis now in place.
From this point on, The Hive can start rising above ground level. In the coming period, the project will gradually become visible for everyone walking past the site. The outlines will appear and the vision will take physical form.
Finishing the underground phase is a crucial moment. From here, we can continue building above ground and the project will soon become visible to everyone. This is the point where The Hive is no longer just a vision, but starts to take physical form, and that feels good.
