The Hive reaches its highest point
The construction of The Hive has reached a major milestone. The final floor has been poured, bringing the building to its highest point. With the shell construction now complete, the project on Cornelis Lelylaan is taking on its final shape.
The next phase of The Hive
Now that the shell construction is complete, the appearance of the construction site is changing rapidly. In the coming period, work continues on the installations, apartments and communal areas. Step by step, the visible construction activity is giving way to the final residential building.
The Hive will be an energy-positive residential building, with a strong focus on greenery and a direct connection to the city. Its location close to Station Lelylaan ensures that Amsterdam Zuid, the city centre and Schiphol are all easily accessible.
With the highest point now reached, completion is drawing nearer. In around a year, the first residents are expected to receive the keys to their new home.
A few apartments still available
The majority of the apartments in The Hive have already been sold. At present, a limited selection of two-room apartments with one bedroom are still available.
If you decide to choose a home in The Hive now, you are no longer buying only from plan. The building is already standing, its outlines are visible, and in the coming months the finished residential building will take shape more clearly day by day.
