Eubelius
A future-focused office tailored to Eubelius in Kortrijk
The context
Why does Eubelius choose a new home base?
The existing Eubelius office building no longer meets the current needs of the law firm. At President Kennedypark in Kortrijk, directly opposite the current premises, a new location offers space for a bespoke office. The green surroundings provide both tranquillity and excellent accessibility, paired with a prominent position. This gives Eubelius the opportunity to create a new workspace perfectly suited to the firm’s day-to-day operations. Thanks to a tailored development, all specific functional and technical requirements are integrated into the building from the design stage.
Our answer
How does Eubelius translate bespoke solutions into a sustainable office?
The new office building offers around 2,000 m² of office space, fully tailored to the operations and needs of Eubelius. Its contemporary architecture provides a pleasant working environment, with a focus on comfort and functionality. The site also offers parking facilities for staff and visitors. Solar panels on the roof generate renewable electricity that contributes to the building’s energy supply and heating. This new office seamlessly combines intelligent design with energy-efficient technologies.
